But a proper »rally lap« at the STARD Driving Camp? Since when has that been a thing? Since this summer, to be precise!

As part of the Opel press event (for the Corsa GSE), two electric Mokka GSE Rally were also on hand to ‘take’ journalists from all over Europe for a lap on our track – both on-road AND off-road!

On a brand-new track, specially designed for our client. Featuring several jumps and a whole lot of DUST!!

Our other off-road highlights – such as waterfalls, gradients of up to 100 per cent or giant staircases – didn’t matter here at all. What was really called for was our long straight stretch through a tunnel of trees and bushes, a ramp for a rally jump, and several tight drift bends at the transition between gravel and tarmac. And even on the tarmac, there were drifts, jumps and lateral acceleration right at the absolute limit..

Manfred Stohl, our former World Rally Champion and now a pioneer in electric motorsport with STARD: “What a brilliant track! It’s practically been built from scratch – until recently, we didn’t even realise we could offer something like this!”
