Event Offices

Events which last more than “only” a few days regularly need a fully equipped office for the event agency. E.g. to administer the guest- and welcome-management. Or to coordinate the external service companies who are at the site, too.

Due to this reason we offer some separate offices – one of them next to the welcome desk in the welcome hall. Those rooms are also suited to storage things.

Key facts of the office in the welcome hall:
– Size of 20m²
– Technical equipement: PC, printer, fax, internet- and telephone-access
– Three desks and shelf units
– If wished: Overview of all on-road-tracks and the parking lot via “video surveillance”

Further offices (between 15 and 50m²) in the first floor of our halls give place for many more working possibilities – also with all equipment necessary.
Summary: You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in our house!
