Wade Basin for "River Crossing"

A wading basin is usually only known when it comes to cold legs …

At Driving Camp Pachfurth, we use it to play a little "car sinking"! But not complete! Because we don’t want to break anything.

So what do we do? A 50-meter-long "pool", hydraulically adjustable in height and equipped with a counter-current system, invites you to take a dip. Real off-roaders have to make sure that the water isn’t too deep, that they drive through it fast enough, and that they don’t draw the rolling-back bow wave on themselves by suddenly taking away their momentum. Hydraulically adjustable bumps at the bottom of the pool additionally simulate an unknown river, where you also never know which logs might interfere with the passage.

So do you like it wet?
