The Driving Camp is becoming the STARD Driving Camp!

The ‘Stohl Group’, led by the renowned Austrian rally driver Manfred Stohl, is the new owner of the Driving Camp. For years, his internationally established ‘high-performance automotive company’ has been one of the world’s leading pioneers in the development and production of vehicles with all types of powertrains: electric, combustion engines and high-performance hybrids!

World-class high-tech!

The Stohl Group includes the STARD (Stohl Advanced Research and Development) division – the name that now adorns our brand! Working hand in hand, we are continuing to develop the Driving Camp to position ourselves even better for the highly dynamic automotive sector: still serving as a venue for driver training, product presentations, vehicle testing and fun events.

We are ‘more’ than just an event venue!

With STARD, we have brand-new, state-of-the-art research facilities, laboratory equipment, test benches and design departments. Plus picture-perfect workshops: featuring vehicles of all kinds, spacious workbenches and high-tech equipment everywhere – and all as clean and tidy as if it were a showroom. Yes, this is how automotive development works today.

By the way: our customers will, of course, continue to have access to our extensive in-house facilities for events – including the seminar rooms, our two tried-and-tested halls and the reception hall.

Innovations and modernisations!

Naturally, our on- and off-road tracks are also included in the ongoing innovations and modernisations. For example, our circuit is being further developed into the perfect test track, and the individual modules are also set for an upgrade in the near future.
